Hospitality Talents, is partnering with our client, a high level hotel in Brussels that is part of an internationally renowned group, to find a Sales Manager Corporate who will drive business growth in the Corporate and TMC segments.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy, from prospecting to contract closure (transient and group).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, and TMCs.
- Manage RFPs, negotiate contracts, and expand market share.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure a cohesive commercial approach.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales role within a 4-5 star hotel.
- Network: Strong existing connections in the Corporate and TMC markets (local and international).
- Tools: Familiarity with Lanyon, GDS, Hotelligence or similar platforms.
- Languages: Fluent English (mandatory) + French. Dutch is a strong asset.
- Soft Skills: Natural negotiator, proactive hunter mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
