Hospitality Talents,, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director of Sales to join the Sales team of our client, a prestigious luxury hotel, opening in 2024, part of a Luxury Hotel Group known for its exceptional service and world-class standards.
Responsibilities:
As the Director of Sales for Europe & Middle East, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the daily sales efforts for our client, with a focus on positioning the hotel, brand communication, and customer development for various aspects including rooms, dining outlets, and events.
- Overseeing rental revenue, yield strategies, implementation, market performance, and achieving budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.
- Building effective partnerships with like-minded luxury brands to enhance revenue and positioning, while also establishing and maintaining strong business relations with key corporate clients such as airlines, DMCs, OTA’s, travel agencies, and tourist offices.
- Collaborating with the Executive team in preparing annual sales and marketing budgets.
- Identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and optimizing existing ones.
- Expérience dans l’hôtellerie ou des secteurs connexes, avec une connaissance approfondie du fonctionnement hôtelier
- Avoir développé un réseau est un atout certain
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, de préférence avec des notions de néerlandais
- Communicatif et spontané
- Orienté vers le commerce, avec d’excellentes compétences en négociation
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives
- Un véritable gestionnaire qui motive son équipe pour atteindre des résultats
- Une compréhension du Revenue Management serait souhaitable
