HR Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our client’s team, a group of Hotels in Brussels. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to management, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities, from talent management and employee relations to policy implementation and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hotel GM’s to understand their needs and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with local labor laws.
• Lead employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives.
• Support talent development, training programs, and succession planning.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve workforce productivity and retention.
• Ensure a strong company culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Hard Skills:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR analytics.
  • Ability to manage complex HR projects and change management initiatives.
• Soft Skills:
