Yannick Alléno and Institut Lyfe join forces for an exceptional restaurant-school in Lyon

In December 2025, Place Bellecour, the vibrant heart of Lyon, will be home to Pavyllon, an ambitious training restaurant created in collaboration between multi-starred chef Yannick Alléno and Institut Lyfe (formerly Institut Paul Bocuse). This innovative project will replace L'Institut, the training restaurant currently housed in the Hôtel Le Royal.

Pavyllon will be part of Alléno's vision, combining gastronomic excellence with the transmission of knowledge. A veritable learning laboratory, this restaurant will enable Institut Lyfe students to learn from one of the greatest names in French gastronomy, while reinterpreting haute cuisine in an accessible, contemporary setting.

Yannick Alléno will bring his expertise and creativity to the table, promising a unique experience for customers, while making this venue a benchmark for gastronomic training.
