Hospitality Talents,, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is looking for a HR Coordinator on behalf of a leading hotel in Brussels.
As HR Coordinator, you will:
- Ensure that the HR Department is approachable, helpful and meets the needs of internal guests
- Be in charge of the general organization of the HR Department
- Facilitate / Support the recruitment process
- Ensure that all associates files are completed up to standards and meet legal requirements.
- Provide all necessary information to the Payroll Consultant.
- Be the key contact for Interim Offices, insurance companies, etc.
- Plan and organize social activities of the staff
- You have an education or experience in Hospitality Management and/or HR Administration.
- You have a first experience with Hospitality or Human Resources
- You have proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.;
- You are creative and communicative
- You are proactive, can work independently and you have a high attention to detail;
- You master the English and French, abilities to work and manage legal documents in Dutch
- You are customer service orientated: Your smile is important to us and to our guests.
