General Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our client in Brussels.

Our client is a 4-star international hotel, part of a renowned hotel group, strategically located in Brussels. It is a key hub for business travelers and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events.

Mission:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the hotel, with a focus on:

• Operational excellence: Ensuring an exceptional guest experience in line with international standards.
• F&B management: Leading culinary concepts and restaurant services to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Commercial development: Strengthening the hotel’s position in the MICE market and building loyalty among an international clientele.
• Team leadership: Inspiring and developing a multicultural team to achieve performance and quality goals.

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a 4* or 5* international hotel, ideally within a recognized hotel group ideally in Belgium or neighbor country
• MICE expertise: Strong background in managing events and conventions, with an established network in the industry.
• Strategic leadership: Ability to define a clear vision, motivate teams, and collaborate with stakeholders (owners, franchisors, etc.).
• Financial acumen: Experience managing significant budgets and optimizing profit margins.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory; Dutch is a plus.
