Operations Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Operations Manager to drive daily operations and help shape the hotel’s future success.

As Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on the Front Office operations, while also maintaining strong oversight of the F&B. You’re the go-to person for both the team and the guests, ensuring a high level of service, efficiency, and consistency.

You will:

• Lead and inspire operational teams across property and guest-facing departments.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the key point of contact for staff, guests, suppliers, and the General Manager.
• Monitor performance, implement procedures, and drive high standards across the board.
• Manage staffing, planning, cost control, and reporting.
• Work closely with the Sales team to launch creative, revenue-generating initiatives.

You are an experienced and hands-on leader with a strong background in FO operations, ideally within a brander hotel. You know how to manage multiple departments and lead diverse teams with confidence and empathy.

Key qualities:

• Strong FO background with a holistic understanding of hotel operations
• Natural team leader with excellent communication and coaching skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Comfortable managing day-to-day operations as well as administrative tasks
• Flexible and proactive – especially during high-activity periods or events
• Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a strong plus
