Breakfast Chef

Our client, an establishment part of an international hotel group, is looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to ensure a high-quality and well-presented breakfast experience every morning.

As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and follow-up of the breakfast buffet. Thanks to your attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for hospitality, guests will start their day in the best possible way.

Tasks

• Prepare and present the breakfast buffet according to the highest quality standards.
• Cook hot and cold breakfast dishes.
• Ensure an attractive and well-maintained buffet setup.
• Replenish and monitor products throughout service.
• Oversee hygiene, safety, and HACCP guidelines.
• Manage inventory and proper storage of food items.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Actively respond to guest requests and preferences.

• Experience in a kitchen role, preferably in breakfast service or hotel kitchen.
• Early riser who enjoys working morning hours.
• Passion for fresh products and high-quality presentation.
• Independent, organized, and able to handle stress.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays.
