Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is looking for an General Manager, for one of its client in Antwerp.

Our client, a well-established player in the international hospitality sector, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a property located in Antwerp. This strategic role also includes a transversal mission: acting as the HR and union liaison for other hotels of the group in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full operational management and ensure excellence in guest experience across the properties.
  • Lead, coach and support teams, fostering talent development and a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage financial and operational performance: budgets, profitability, and key performance indicators.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the group in social dialogue and union relations for its hotels in Belgium, in close collaboration with the central HR department.
  • Drive development projects and support the group’s national strategy.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager, ideally with multi-site exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of the Belgian hospitality market, with solid expertise in HR and social dialogue.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Business- and results-oriented, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Languages: Dutch and French are essential, with a strong command of English.
  • Position based in Antwerp (with occasional travel to other hotels in Belgium).
  • Permanent contract.
